Inner Child Healing

Through many learnings and my own experience, I have found tremendous value in tapping into and hearing the voice of my inner child. Many of our fears and energy blockages, often find their roots in early childhood experiences. During a 1.5-hour Inner Child session, we will connect with our inner child to give that part of ourselves a voice. In doing so, we can acknowledge our pain and move toward a new experience of self-love and self-acceptance.

The art or system of what we call Reiki dates back over 2500 years. Much of this was buried until the early 1900s when Dr. Mikao Usui rediscovered this healing system. He then developed a method for teaching it to others.

What is Reiki Energy Healing? There is an unseen energy that flows through all living things; we are energy. Energy healing is a process by which the healer acts as a channel for Universal Life Energy. The energy moves through the healer and into the person receiving the healing.

For example, what is the first thing you do when you hit your elbow against a solid object? You touch your injured elbow to provide immediate comfort. You instinctively sent energy from your hand into the injured elbow.
