Reiki Level I (Usui) Certification Class

Reiki Level I, is focused on self-healing and healing others, in-person.

Self-treatments are great for relieving pain, anxiety, and increasing your self-knowledge. If you want to experience a life of increased peace, fulfillment, personal and spiritual growth, Reiki Level I is a great course to begin your journey.

As we shift and grow, we develop a strong desire to let go of people, places, and things that no longer serve us. Easier said than done, I know. When these energies or desires get stuck, they block our creative flow (decision making) and, we begin to manifest these blocks as stress or fatigue. For some, these blockages result in disease.  Reiki removes these energetic blocks and stuck-ness allowing us to heal and increases our energy levels.

Having a daily healing practice calms us, relieves stress from our bodies, boosts the immune system, relieves anxiety, reduces pain both physical and emotional, helps with focus, and improves sleep.

If you have never experienced a Reiki treatment, you will benefit greatly by having a session before you begin the class. Reiki can be difficult to explain but easier once you have had the experience. You can book a session here.

Join the Reiki Level I class and learn to become your own healer and enjoy the benefits of daily treatments. Most people who learn reiki do not become practitioners. Some learn so they may treat themselves, family, friends, and pets. Those who chose to become practitioners will move on to Reiki Level II.

Join Online via Zoom or in Person (groups are limited to 3 for social distancing). (Zoom Link is provided when you register). You will want to register early in order to receive the material, by mail.
