My Work Began With My Own Questions

I’m LaGina Glass.

Long before I had language for coherence, I was learning what it meant to become more fully myself.

For much of my early life, I understood life as something that happened and you adjusted. You did what needed to be done. You worked, handled your responsibilities, and kept moving.

I became very good at doing.

What took longer was learning how to ask myself what I actually wanted.

There were parts of me that had always been present. I was intuitive. I noticed patterns. People came to me when they needed help thinking through problems. And even when I couldn’t yet tell you what I wanted my life to become, I often had a strong sense of what didn’t feel right for me.

I had pieces of an identity before I had a vision for a life.

Learning to Recognize Myself

Over time, new experiences gave me language for things I had sensed but didn’t yet understand.

Intuitive development helped me recognize that some of what I had always experienced as simply me—discernment, sensitivity, noticing what wasn’t being said, helping people find clarity—was part of how I naturally moved through the world.

Reiki became another important part of that discovery.

I didn’t begin Reiki because I had a carefully constructed plan for becoming a healer. I came to it while I was already asking deeper questions about my life and learning to listen differently.

Once I experienced Reiki for myself, something made sense.

It gave me space to become quiet enough to recognize parts of myself that had been there all along.

That was the beginning of me finding me.

From Self-Discovery to Coherence

One of the most important things I began to understand during those years was simple:

I have choices.

I could begin paying attention to what I actually enjoyed, what I believed, what felt true for me, and what I had simply learned to accept because it was familiar.

I could appreciate where I had been without requiring it to determine where I went next.

And I could become more fully myself without needing to perform a version of myself for other people.

Those realizations eventually became Truth, Integrity, Courage, and Love—TICL, a framework I first wrote about more than a decade ago.

Truth asks us to recognize what is true.

Integrity asks us to align ourselves with what we recognize.

Courage allows us to make choices from that truth.

Love gives us the capacity to support ourselves as we live those choices.

Over the years, that work continued to deepen into what I now call coherence: the ongoing relationship between what we know inwardly and the way we choose, act, relate, and live.

The Work I Share Today

Today, I bring more than 15 years of Reiki practice and teaching together with intuitive awareness, lived experience, thoughtful conversation, and the body of work I’ve developed around coherence.

I work with people in different ways because awareness and change don’t always require the same kind of space.

Reiki offers an experiential space for rest, presence, awareness, and listening.

Coherence Coaching offers a space to consciously work with what you’re recognizing—your choices, capacity, boundaries, direction, and alignment.

My writing and the Coherence Pathway give language to the ideas that have emerged through years of living, practicing, teaching, and continuing to learn.

None of these are about giving someone else their answers.

I believe you are the authority on your own life.

My role is to create space, offer perspective, ask thoughtful questions, and support you in hearing and trusting yourself more clearly.

How I Hold Space

My approach is steady, attentive, and responsive to the person in front of me.

I don’t believe meaningful change needs to be forced. Sometimes something becomes clear in a conversation. Sometimes understanding develops over time. Sometimes what is needed most is simply enough space to stop doing and become present.

I respect that pace.

I am based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and work with people both locally and remotely.

Prana Blessings

I am also the founder and owner of Prana Blessings Metaphysical Shop in Santa Fe.

Prana Blessings includes a brick-and-mortar metaphysical shop, online store, Reiki training, group experiences, and the Prana Blessings Community Circle.

While Prana Blessings and LaGina Glass have distinct roles, both grew from many of the same values: awareness, self-trust, integrity, meaningful practice, and respect for each person’s own path.

Still Becoming

I don’t consider this work finished.

The language has evolved. My understanding has deepened. The way I practice and teach continues to grow as I do.

But the thread underneath it has remained remarkably consistent:

becoming more fully yourself.

That’s what Reiki helped me begin to recognize in my own life.

It’s what eventually became TICL and the work of coherence.

And it’s what I continue to make space for today.

I’m glad you’re here.
