Reiki Sessions

Grounded Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, and greater self-awareness.

For many clients, Reiki is where the journey begins.

As the body relaxes and the nervous system settles, clarity, self-trust, and healing become more accessible.

It is a simple practice with profound effects—supporting greater balance, presence, and coherence in daily life.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that works with life force energy to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Sessions are calming, steady, and grounded.

What Happens During a Session?

During a Reiki session:

  • You remain fully clothed
  • You lie comfortably on a massage table (or sit if preferred)
  • Gentle hand placements are used on or slightly above the body
  • No manipulation or pressure is applied

There is no force.

Reiki supports your nervous system in shifting from stress into regulation.

Many clients experience:

  • Deep relaxation
  • Emotional softening
  • Mental clarity
  • A sense of grounded presence

Some feel warmth or subtle energy movement.
Others experience quiet integration.

Both are valid.

In-Person Reiki in Santa Fe

Sessions are available in person in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

In-person sessions offer a quiet, contained space for full nervous system reset and energetic alignment.

This setting allows for focused presence and uninterrupted restoration.

Distance Reiki Sessions

Distance Reiki sessions are equally effective.

Many clients report strong experiences during remote sessions — often because they are already relaxed in their own space.

Energy is not limited by proximity.

The focus remains the same: safety, regulation, and coherence.

My Approach

I have practiced and taught Reiki for over 15 years as a Reiki Master Teacher.

My approach is rooted in traditional Usui Reiki while also reflecting what I have observed through years of working with clients and students.

Again and again, I have seen that healing becomes more accessible when the nervous system has an opportunity to settle and the body feels supported.

This is why my work incorporates:

• Nervous system awareness

• Somatic regulation principles

• Self-trust and embodied practice

• The coherence framework explored in my writing and teaching

Reiki, in my practice, is not dramatic.

It is steady.

It creates space for greater awareness, clarity, and internal alignment.

As clients become more regulated and present, they often find that:

• Decisions feel cleaner

• Boundaries feel clearer

• Leadership feels more grounded

• Action feels less reactive

For many people, Reiki becomes the doorway to deeper healing, self-trust, and coherence.

Reiki and the Nervous System

Healing begins with regulation.

Reiki supports the body’s natural stress response, helping shift from survival mode into restoration.

Is Reiki Safe?

Reiki is a gentle, complementary wellness practice.

It does not replace medical care, but it works alongside it by supporting relaxation and internal balance.
