When what you’re recognizing asks something of you
Sometimes awareness brings clarity.
Sometimes it brings more questions.
You may recognize that something no longer fits but not know what needs to change. You may be facing a decision and want to understand what is actually true for you before you act. Or you may know what you want but be trying to determine whether you have the capacity to live the choice you’re considering.
This is where Coherence Coaching begins.
I work with individuals navigating decisions, transitions, growth, and periods of uncertainty who want space to think clearly without being told what they should do.
My coaching is grounded in a coherence framework I call TICL: Truth · Integrity · Courage · Love.
The purpose isn’t to push you toward an answer.
It’s to help you hear yourself clearly enough to make choices you can live.
What This Work Supports
People come to Coherence Coaching for many different reasons.
You may be:
- facing a decision and unsure what is actually right for you
- recognizing that something in your life no longer fits
- questioning a pattern, expectation, or way of living you’ve previously accepted
- trying to distinguish what you genuinely want from what you think you should want
- considering a change while also being realistic about your current capacity
- working through questions involving relationships, work, leadership, boundaries, healing, or personal growth
You don’t need to arrive knowing the answer.
The work begins with becoming clearer about what is actually present.
The TICL Framework
TICL is the framework underlying my approach to coherence.
We work with four principles:
Truth
What is actually true for me?
Truth begins with recognition. Before deciding what to do, we make room to see what is actually happening—internally and externally—without immediately trying to fix, justify, or reframe it.
Integrity
Does the way I’m living reflect what I know?
Integrity brings awareness into relationship with our choices. We explore where your actions, commitments, relationships, or expectations align with what you know to be true—and where they may not.
Courage
What am I willing and able to choose from what I now recognize?
Courage isn’t about forcing action. Sometimes courage means making a change. Sometimes it means having a conversation, setting a boundary, waiting, or acknowledging that you aren’t ready yet.
Love
What will support me in living this choice?
Love brings capacity, care, and sustainability into the process. A choice can be true and still require support, time, boundaries, or a different pace in order to be lived.
Together, these principles help move awareness toward choices that are increasingly coherent with who you are.
What Happens in a Coaching Session
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and responsive to what you bring.
I listen closely, ask questions, reflect patterns I notice, and help you examine what may be underneath the immediate problem or decision.
Depending on what we’re exploring, we may use the TICL framework, work through a worksheet together, examine capacity and timing, or distinguish between what feels true and what may be coming from expectation, urgency, habit, or fear.
I won’t tell you what decision to make.
You are the authority on your own life.
My role is to help create enough clarity around what you’re experiencing that you can recognize your own choices more fully.
Reiki or Coherence Coaching?
You don’t have to move through this work in a particular order.
Some people come to me first through Reiki. Others encounter my writing or the Coherence Pathway and know they want to work directly with the questions those ideas raise.
The distinction is simple:
Reiki creates experiential space for rest, presence, awareness, and listening.
Coherence Coaching creates conversational space to consciously work with what you’re recognizing.
If you primarily need space to stop, receive, and reconnect with yourself, Reiki may be the place to begin.
If you already have something you want to examine—a decision, pattern, transition, boundary, question, or change—Coherence Coaching may be the more useful space.
Neither requires the other.
A Note on Readiness
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You only need something you’re willing to look at.
Sometimes clarity arrives quickly. Sometimes the first recognition simply gives us the next question.
There is no requirement to manufacture a breakthrough or force a decision before you’re ready to live it.
