Integrity: To identify and strengthen moral character

“Every Decision you make – every decision- is not a decision about what to do. It’s a decision about who you are. When you see this, when you understand it, everything changes. You begin to see life in a new way. All events, occurrences, and situations turn into opportunities to do what you came here to do.   – Neale Donald Walsch

Who we are, standing in our truth and integrity – we are defined moment by moment. We get to exercise our free will when we are put to any test. Do  we remain our authentic selves or do we bend to the pressures of pleasing others.?

Our decisions define us in every moment regardless of whether or not others “get” why we make the choices we do . We stand in out strength and integrity when we trust ourselves to make good decisions that align with who we know ourselves to be. Maintaining integrity can be challenging because there are times when there is no point of reference.

Learn to trust your instincts and know that you identify and strengthen your own moral character. Do the right thing – you know what that is.
